Well for those of you who don't know me, I'm Justin.  I'm a 22 year old kid!  I'm always up for some practical jokes and of course, I'm the goof ball of the team.  Along with that, I'm also the founder and lead investigator.  I started this team back a few years ago to make it a mission to disprove a location with paranormal phenomina.  Yes I do believe in the paranormal; however, I do not believe that paranormal phenomia exists in the age old rendition of an old, abandoned house.  Not saying it can't, but I wanted to put the stereotypes to the side and find out for myself.  I've had many experiences growing up as a child and still to this day with the quote "strange and unexplained," and I plan on having many more. Some thought I was crazy, but I put my fears aside of what other people think and continued on with my venture.  That venture has led to the founding of Upstate Paranormal Investigation Society, and I wouldn't change it in anyway.  I enjoy being in this field and I enjoy helping out others.  Thanks for visiting! - Justin
Hello everyone!  I'm Timberly, the team's other lead investigator, and I wouldn't have it any other way.  I joined the group back in 2008 as an investigator.  After some time, Justin decided that he needed help with everything since the team was growing rapidly and with his busy schedule, he was barely able to keep up with all going on, so Justin appointed me as lead investigator.  I was honored and still am.  This group is a second family to me and I wouldn't change it, even if I wanted too.  I have always known there was something there, I just didn't know how to prove it.  This team gave me the opportunity, proof, and has taught me a lot from when I started until now.  Honestly, in this business, you never stop learning.  I have had many experiences through the years and I plan on having many more for years to come.  Thanks for stopping by. - Timberly.
They call me "The protector."  Howdy everyone, I'm Kenny.  I'm one of the investigators for the team as well as equipment technician.  I joined the group back in 2008 at 05:00 am.  Just wanted to give a shout out to Justin because of that!  Thanks buddy lol.  Needless to say I came to the rescue and have been with the team every since.  I'm more of a skeptic than a believer.  I'm there to disprove all the comes about, unless all those options are gone.  Basically, I'll believe when I see it.  Now that doesn't mean, I don't believe in the paranormal, I just have a hard time believing that everywhere is haunted.   I enjoy working in this field and I enjoy being an investigator.  It's an experience I never thought of having, but I'm glad I have been able to partake in it and be able to not limit myself just inside the box, I get to think out side of the box.  The team members are more of a family to me and I look forward to many more investigations with them.  That's all folks! - Kenny
Hey guys, I'm Ashley.  Since my childhood, I've always been intrigued by the paranormal.  The thought of something unseen by the human eye and ear, just caught my attention.  Now that I'm older, I have that capability to follow that gut feeling and see the unseen.  Being over public relations can be challenging, but I'm grateful that I have this opportunity to do it and I'm grateful to work with some awesome people.  A long with being over public relations, I am also an investigator.  The excitement from an investigation is like no other and the thrive for it never dies.  When I started as an investigator with the team, I'll be honest, I never thought I would have the chance to gain not only friendships, but to gain family.  I know I don't have to worry because when you're with this team, everyone watches over each other.  More than just a team, we're family and that's one of the best feelings to have.   I can't wait for what the future has in store for us, as I plan on being with this team for a long time.   Giddy on up! - Ashley
What's up everyone, the name's Jessica, but they call me Jess.  I have always been interested in the paranormal as I can remember laying in bed at night thinking...is there really something else walking among us?.  I decided it was time to take that thought and put some action to it.  Justin and I started working together back in 2006 and when he found out my interest, he asked me to join his team.  So, as you can see, I took action to those thoughts.  The first time I met the rest of the team, I spent 10 hours in just travel time on one investigation...not counting how long we were there.  Want to talk about fun and I didn't think I could laugh that hard, but apparently I was wrong.  As time has passed, the team has turned into my other family.  I wouldn't trade them for love nor money. I enjoy what I do as an investigator, and plan on investigating for more years to come.  Peace, love, and Chicken Grease! - Jessica
What up...Holla! I'm Heather.  I'm not normally the quiet type, so when I was asked to join the team, I couldn't say no.  This type of work is completely different from the 9-5.  It's a chance to look at the picture as whole, not just a few of the details.  It's a shot at doing what you love and loving what you do.  As an investigator, I've seen some things that made me just shake my head and laugh, and I've seen things that bewildered me.  Those things that bewildered me were infact of the paranormal.  Its easy to explain most things, but when an object gets moved as your standing infront of it and no one is touching it and it's a pretty decent size object, you being to think of other explainations.  It's more than just the thrill, it's the fact of disproving the so called haunting to realize you have exhausted all options in disproving it and you're having to venture beyond the realm of our reality.  I love being and investigator and out in the field.  I'm glad I have this opportunity and can't wait to see what all exciting things the future holds for us.  Peace out! - Heather
Cory: Investigator Trainee
What's up ya'll, I'm Cory.  I'm a really friendly guy who loves rock music, cars, and movies. I first got interested in the paranormal at the age of 10 during a visit to an old plantation house. I saw a standard grand piano play by itself and an old music boxes would start playing when I walked past them.  From what I could gather, the piano was not an electric piano and the music box had nothing as far as power whether being mechanical or electrical.  That sparked the interest.  So here I am today as an Investigator Trainee with U.P.I Society and I'm hoping to continue on to be an investigator and I look forward to what the future holds.  "It's time to rock and roll" - Cory
